Website and Waitlist Terms

1. Operator and current service

Vibewright Labs LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Atlanta, United States, operates this informational site and launch waitlist. Contact hello@vibewrightlabs.com with questions. These terms cover browsing this site and requesting the launch notification.

iBAR is in development. Product illustrations, specifications, compatibility and availability may change as development and testing progress. No final launch date, price, performance figure or allocation is guaranteed by the waitlist. Final tested specifications and any supported simulator/software requirements will accompany a future offer.

2. What signup means

By submitting your email through the launch form, you ask for one iBAR launch email at that address. Use an address you control. Signup is free and does not take payment, reserve a unit, guarantee priority, require a purchase or enter you into a hardware sales contract. You may withdraw by emailing hello@vibewrightlabs.com.

The list is for people aged 13 and older. If you are not an adult where you live, involve a parent or guardian as required. How information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy; that notice does not substitute for any legally required consent.

3. Product and order boundaries

The public waitlist is not a checkout. A future sale or preorder will identify the seller and provide its pricing, taxes, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns, warranty, compatibility and safety information before you order. These waitlist terms do not replace those disclosures or promise a particular shipping date, refund policy or warranty.

The concept is a sim-racing accessory. The site and its display demonstration are not official race control and must not be used as a safety or traffic-warning system. Illustrations do not establish measured end-to-end latency.

4. Permitted use and site content

You may browse, link to the site and submit a legitimate launch request. Do not submit other people's addresses without permission, spam the form, impersonate anyone, distribute malware or attempt unauthorised access or disruption.

Site materials and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Ordinary personal viewing and uses permitted by law remain available; this site does not grant a commercial licence to copy product designs or branding or imply an endorsement. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Availability and legal rights

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but provide it as available, without promising uninterrupted operation. We may update the site, change development plans or close the waitlist. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of this free informational site.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Georgia law and applicable United States federal law govern these website terms without displacing mandatory protections where you live. You remain free to use courts or regulators available under applicable law.

6. Changes and questions

We will update the date above when these terms change and give further notice where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a separate purchase agreement or rights already accrued. Please contact hello@vibewrightlabs.com so we can try to resolve any question or concern.
